Problem Note 39039: In SAS® Real-Time Decision Manager, input variables that should resolve to global variables during run time are not resolved
In a Web process for SAS Real-Time Decision Manager, an input variable that has the same name as a global variable should resolve to that global variable when the Web process is run. However, such variables are not being resolved. For example, you create the global variable GLOBAL using the SAS Real-Time Decision Manager plug-in for SAS
® Management Console. When you use GLOBAL as an input variable to a Web process that you created, the Web process will receive errors during run time. These "500 Internal" errors in the SAS Real-Time Decision Manager Engine Server log occur because the Engine Server perceives the lack of an input variable when the global variable is not resolved.
To avoid the problem, use the identifier (that is, the global variable) as the input to the Web process when you create a SAS Real-Time Decision Manager decision diagram that uses that Web process.

For software releases that are not yet generally available, the Fixed
Release is the software release in which the problem is planned to be
fixed.
In a Web process for SAS Real-Time Decision Manager, an input variable that has the same name as a global variable does not resolve to that global variable when a decision diagram containing that process is run.
